Bläshammar School is located north of central Varberg in a quiet and leafy area. It is a K-6 school organized into grades F-2 and 3-6. The school's after-school program consists of four departments: The Sea, The Boat, The Sail, and The Lighthouse.

Motivating and inspiring students is your greatest drive. Together with your colleagues, you shape a relational leadership where the quality of teaching is the focus. We create the best possible meeting for learning.

As a teacher with us at Varberg Municipality, you play a central role in creating a safe, developing, and motivating environment for students. By planning, implementing, and following up on your varied teaching, you give students the opportunity to develop both academically and socially.

Together with your colleagues, you plan and follow up on teaching based on your choices of pedagogical and didactic strategies and methods, adapted to the students' needs and conditions, and based on scientific and proven experience. You meet each student at their knowledge progression and contribute to developing learning environments that encourage students' learning, participation, and influence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in craft for grades 3-6.

As a teacher, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating teaching. Your teaching is based on proven experience and scientific foundations with an exploratory approach.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the operations by planning and following up on teaching together. You have a good structure in your work and can adapt teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. Together we have a responsibility to create a sustainable working environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.
